Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role requires married couples to reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting.
