Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School housing 8–13 students. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, transportation, and engagement in developmental activities, including daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, budgeting, and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits are provided. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older, with high school diploma or GED. A valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans are required. This is a two-person, full-time role with salary listed per person and total compensation for the couple included in benefits.
