Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus home at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
