Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a safe, family-like living environment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a two-spouse partnership who will relocate to Hershey, PA and work with the same student group; duties include a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role.
