Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel visits, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with alcohol not permitted on duty.
