Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role located on-campus in Hershey, PA, where the pair lives in student homes and provides care, mentorship, supervision, and activities for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and Sunday Chapel, plus overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
