Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role focusing on two-person, married-couple leadership as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living in a dedicated student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits and PTO. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and an age threshold for both spouses; two-person, married-couple requirement; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; and ability to lead religious devotions within Judeo-Christian context.
