Job Summary
Provide care, mentorship, and supervision for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes as a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitions to living with the same students in a dedicated home. Requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership and completion of individual applications by both spouses. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to reside on-campus in student homes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Capability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Complete individual employment applications (for consideration)
