Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in Hershey, PA, provide care and supervision for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duties to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with certification to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must participate in the application process.
