Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on Milton Hershey School campus involve living in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and developmental guidance for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement with a stable student group.
