Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Live on-campus in a student home and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and ultimately transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA; benefits include comprehensive coverage and paid training.
