Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role as Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
