Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student group. Requires a two-person, legally married couple aged 27+ with a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Required Qualifications
