Job Summary
Two-person married couple as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students; responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
