Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students residing in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions and chapel services, actively engaging them in developmental and recreational programs. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social growth. After initial rotation through various homes, transition to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Requires a legally married couple (2+ years, spouses 27+) with youth experience, valid driver's license, and commitment to a smoke-free, alcohol-free campus. Full-time flex schedule includes nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time during school hours.
