Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students residing in on-campus homes, managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and actively engage in developmental and recreational programs while leading daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth. Begin with a nine-day-on-three-days-off rotation, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Requires a legally married couple, both 27+, with youth experience and valid driver's licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
