Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while maintaining a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free environment. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a dedicated student group. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children allowed in the home.
