Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Plan and lead developmental, recreational, and religious activities, including driving students to events and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, then transition into a Placed Houseparent role living permanently with the same student group. Work a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled time available on weekdays while students attend school. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and possess a valid driver's license.
