Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students residing in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead developmental, recreational, and devotional programs, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social growth. Couples reside on duty for nine consecutive days followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. Full-time flex houseparent role with salary of $46,917 per person, including free housing, meals, and relocation assistance.
