Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Manage budgeting and household reporting while ensuring student wellness. On weekdays, utilize unscheduled time while students are in school. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. This two-person role requires a legally married couple to reside in the student home, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.
