Job Summary

Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students in an on-campus home while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services. Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and ensure student wellness. Operate under a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role after initial support of various homes. Requires a legally married couple, both 27+, with youth experience and valid driver's licenses.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth
  • Both spouses must be age 27 or older
  • No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
  • Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
