Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in on-campus Flex House homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, lead devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Follow a nine-day-on, three-day-off schedule initially, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a dedicated student group. Requires a married couple (both 27+, two years married) with a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs. No alcohol permitted on duty; campus is smoke-free and weapon-free. Full-time role includes free housing, meals, utilities, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
