Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires married couples (minimum two years) to reside on campus, with an initial schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. Transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role eventually allows couples to work with the same student group permanently. Both spouses must complete individual applications, and the school offers relocation assistance, free housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
