Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They will oversee budgeting and household reporting, with an initial schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and later transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, and a legally married partnership for at least two years-age 27 or older for both spouses.
