Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes with a pair of students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for about 8–13 youths. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and house reporting. The role starts as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single, stable student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
