Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 residential students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational programs, leading daily devotions, budgeting, and reporting; transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent; requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and ability to be certified to drive student home vans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Ability to work in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus environment
- Unable to have more than three dependent children reside in the student home
- Commitment to Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
