Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-spouse, legally married partnership with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation provided to Hershey, PA; on-campus housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits included. Two-person couple application required for consideration.
