Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, married-couple role at Milton Hershey School serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Live on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a path to transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided; on-campus housing and meals included. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be aged 27 or older. The role is full-time and involves working nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with benefits including comprehensive insurance and paid time off.
