Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and guidance for roughly 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
