Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA, to care for and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications include youth work/volunteering experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the requirement that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older, among other campus rules.
