Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training.
