Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples reside on on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting. Schedule initially runs on a 9-on/3-off cycle, with eventual placement in a stable student-home assignment. Relocation to Hershey, PA is included; compensation per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply and be age 27 or older.
