Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist responsibilities include living in on-campus student homes as a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple, providing daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role to live and work with the same group of students.
