Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, married-couple opportunity as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a stable Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768; ~=$168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, the role being a two-person, legally married couple for at least two years, age 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
