Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus and supervising 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for both spouses (27+ years old) who are legally married for at least two years.
