Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and activities; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible-houseparent to placed-houseparent over time. Requires commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, driving students, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
