Job Summary
Two-person, fully certified on-campus role in a school setting: full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes before transitioning to a fixed home. The position emphasizes a family-like, structured environment, living with the same group of students, and a schedule of nine on-duty days followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
