Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, married couple to serve as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and support to promote academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary per person is $44,768 (total per couple ≈ $168,000). Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and both must complete individual applications. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Propensity to uphold a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel participation (proselytizing prohibited).
