Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Early duties involve nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
