Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They oversee budgeting and household reporting, follow a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-year-marriage requirement for both spouses
- Two spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
