Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions, and coordinate budgeting/reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift to 50 lbs, and a legally married couple aged 27+ who have at least two years of marriage; up to three dependent children allowed; on-campus, smoke- and weapon-free, with no alcohol while on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; includes comprehensive benefits and salary of $44,768 per person (~$168,000 per couple). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Eligibility to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for married couple (both spouses)
