Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home. Salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing and benefits). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Qualifications emphasize experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to lead devotional activities consistent with Judeo-Christian services; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older. Required Qualifications
