Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to reside on-campus in a student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
