Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lead student devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
