Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing daily routines and budgeting. The role progresses from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply separately. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and on-campus housing. Salary is paid per person, with total compensation for the couple reflected in benefits. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
