Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residence in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing/meal benefits), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off.
