Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School relocate couples to live with a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
