Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents sought to live on-site at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older, driving privileges, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotional activities.
