Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan recreational and developmental engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while ensuring a structured, family-like environment. Initially support multiple homes on a nine-on, three-off rotation before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must complete individual applications for this two-person position.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
