Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and oversee a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. The role requires on-campus living, operating within a structured, family-like environment, and relocation to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
